Delivery

  • Contactless Delivery
    • All deliveries will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply. 

      In all cases, whether the parcel is delivered to the door, or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and acknowledge delivery. 

      Someone will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
  • Delivery Arrangements
    • Our carrier delivers between 7.30am and 10pm, and in some cases a signature may be required.

      If you are not around, (if a signature is not required) the courier will try to find a safe, dry place to leave your parcel.

      Alternatively they'll leave a calling card with the details on how to re-arrange delivery. Or depending on the courier a re-delivery attempt may be made without contact.
  • Home Delivery
    • Standard delivery is $6 and free over $150. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 8 working days of your order being placed. 

      Please note, these charges may vary from time to time with promotional activity.
  • UK & NZ Delivery
    • We ship some items from the UK and New Zealand. This means your order may be split across two separate consignments and may not all arrive at the same time. Items delivered from the UK and New Zealand will take 7-10 business days to arrive following dispatch.
  • Can I track my order?
    • All our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.

      When we send your despatched email there can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide please allow up to 12 hours for your orders information to be visible.
