Jordan Air Ultra

The men's Jordan Ultra is Jordan Brand's most considered new silhouette introduction of 2026 - a shoe that takes the bones of the Air Jordan 3 and rebuilds them through a modern lens for a result that is unmistakably Jordan without being a straightforward retro. Where the Air Jordan 3 relies on full leather and traditional elephant print, the Ultra replaces the leather base with ballistic nylon complemented by suede overlays at the mudguard and toe cap - a lighter, more contemporary material pairing that gives the upper a softer, more tactile character than the original. The most significant design evolution is at the heel, where a newly engineered TPU backtab replaces the traditional elephant print detail with sculpted lines, dotted texture and three small ridges, finished with a Jumpman logo above "AIR" text for a structural signature that is distinctly its own. The sole unit is borrowed directly from the Air Jordan 3 - the visible Air heel unit, moulded rubber outsole and pivot-point traction configuration all intact and unchanged. Infrared 23 hits the heel of the midsole and the Jordan tongue logo to break up the earthy Phantom and Summit White palette with the colour that has defined Jordan Brand's most iconic releases.
