Nike's newest form of Max has landed.
Nike continues to drive the innovation train forward with the introduction of its newest form of Max — the Nike Air Max 270 React. Taking the meteoric rise of the Air Max 270 and fusing it with the brand's softest, smoothest and strongest foam, Nike React, the result is a leap forward in the Air Max lineage. With modern tooling built from the ground up, this is one of Nike's most impressive designs of the year.

Combining two of its most prolific modern silhouettes was a no-brainer for Nike, with clear inspirations taken from the Element React 87 and Air Max 270. Employing a full-length Nike React midsole, the inherent grooves in the React foam call back to the carved body of the Air Max 93's midsole. Sat atop the prominent wrap-around Air Max unit borrowed from the 270, the fusion of technologies results in a symphony of smooth heel-to-forefoot transitions with responsive cushioning.
The upper tightly layers no-sew materials to mirror a traditional cut-and-sew aesthetic, creating nuanced lines with added panels at the forefoot of the mudguard — extending the possibilities for Nike's creative colour genius to take over. With a shrouded Swoosh at the upper and embroidered "AIR270" and "REACT" on the tongue, this sneaker is primed to be a future great in the Air Max pantheon.
Bauhaus Centenary
Releasing in a number of colourways for both men and women, the lead colourways of the launch are centred on two Bauhaus-inspired iterations, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the school's founding.
