Following on from the Nike Air Max 720 and Air Max 270 React, the new Air Max 200 is built with a lifestyle focus in mind. But don't be fooled by its seemingly simplistic design — it still packs the premium construction and visible Air Bag comfort that has cemented the Air Max franchise in sneaker folklore.
The Details
With design cues pulled from Air Max classics, the 200 has all the hallmarks to earn a spot in your rotation. A mesh base with layered suede panelling meets a slightly chunky tongue — a familiar feature seen on the Air Monarch and M2K Tekno. The signature Swoosh graces the lateral, medial, and toe box, while a specially designed "AIR 200" logo takes centre stage at the tongue. Sat atop a sleek midsole, the visible Air unit bears a striking resemblance to the Air Max 180 in both shape and aesthetic.
Making its debut in a number of colourways for both men and women, the newest addition to the Air Max family launches at JD Sports on Friday the 19th of July.
