The 'South Beach' scheme breathes a little seaside breeze into your rotation.
With summer just around the corner, Jordan treats us to some early beach vibes with the Jordan 8 South Beach. Rekindling a much-loved colourway originally featured in the LeBron James line, this colour scheme takes a page out of the book of another NBA living legend — bringing the cross-strapped classic a fresh new look.
The Jordan 8 has played a reserved role in 2018, with iconic silhouettes such as the Jordan 1 and Jordan 3 taking much of the spotlight. However, with today's 90's revival, the time has never been better for a distinctly 90's sneaker to make its return. Featuring a bold, strapped-up design and a chenille tongue graphic, Tinker Hatfield spared no detail when designing Michael's culminating sneaker of his first three-peat.
Sporting largely clean white hues on the upper, bright hits of pink, turbo green and orange are recruited throughout the heel, tongue branding, lining and buckle. Finished with a white and grey midsole, a light-grey heel wrap brings nostalgic contrast, staying true to former legendary colourways such as the 'Aqua' and 'Bugs Bunny'.
