The Air Jordan 1 Gets a Lakers Treatment
Jordan hit the ground running this NBA season with the release of the Jordan 1 Mid 'Lakers'. Fitted out in the LA team's iconic purple and gold, this is undoubtedly a must-have for any Lakers fan.
The 'Lakers' colourway was last seen on a Nike Dunk High — this time the AJ1 gets the matching treatment. In typical Jordan style, white runs through the mid-foot panel. The accent colours take centre stage: gold layers the Swooshes, Jumpman logo on the tongue, toe box, and collar, while the infamous Lakers purple covers the overlays around the collar and lace holes. Finished with a white midsole and black outsole to match the laces and tongue. This AJ1 colourway isn't for the faint-hearted — it's bold, it's bright, and it stands out from the more subdued and modest colourways we've seen recently from Jordan.
